Libraries and Cats

So I told myself that I wasn't going to buy any more books for a while. I have so many books on my shelves that I haven't even read yet! Plus I have lots of school work to do. Well yesterday I couldn't help myself- I saw a new book, called Dewey's Nine Lives. It's the continuation of Dewey, a book about a cat in a library. It was such a good book that I decided I'd buy the second one anyway. So this afternoon I took some time to myself and I started reading the next book about Dewey. I love it! It's so nice to read about the animals that we love, and its nice to not read something that I'm forced to read about school!

I know I hated it at the time, but now that I'm back in school and busy, I miss the afternoons that I used to spend reading. I can't wait until I graduate and maybe can get a job in a library and experience a real career! Who knows, maybe my own Dewey will come into my life!
